I just finished John Irvings "Last Night at Twisted River" which caused me to lose much sleep and picked up ""City of Thieves in a 3 for 2 deal. Not having previously read Benioff it was the last of the 3 read. Thank God, as it cost me another nights sleep. Not an overly complex plot or without predictability but a great story of human suffering and courage. I read it in one sitting and I'm too old to lose that much sleep, but I could not turn down the page and go to bed.Get more detail about City of Thieves.
