This was my first book by Mary Jo Putney, thanks to a Free Kindle Offer which I take advantage of because it introduces me to a new author and at least I don't waste my money on a book that I end up not liking. Having said that, I enjoyed this historical romance but will agree that some of the story line was a little farfetched but I did enjoy it enough to download the 2nd book in the Lost Lord Series which I read in a day and feel was much better written. If you are new to historial romances, this may be a great introduction to the genre, but after reading several of reviews of this book that mention MJP's book The Rake, I am going to have to check that one out. Overall, a pleasant book and good read.Get more detail about Loving A Lost Lord.
