I'm a huge fan of Nicholas Sparks but this book really was disappointing. I hated the fact that John ends up giving so much of himself to a woman who was dishonest and really a horrible character. However, it is obvious that Sparks' writing continues to be so great that I would feel this way. Definitely a good read and classic Nicholas Sparks a la A Walk to Remember and The Notebook.Get more detail about Dear John.
