When her sister Shay is sent to a boarding school for wealthy troubled kids, Jules goes undercover as a teacher after a series of events raise concerns that something sinister is going on, particularly since another student disappeared without a trace. This is the last Lisa Jackson novel I will waste money on. After wading through a 415 page muddled storyline bordering on a soap opera, readers discover that the conclusion of the story is anything but... nope the door is left open for another 415 page epistle to conclude a not so great storyline. She did this with her last two novels. The heroine Jules is whiny and there is a remarkable lack of chemistry between her and the sexy former rodeo star. What happened to the Lisa Jackson who was an automatic buy who churned out page turning romantic suspense? The plot is simply not interesting enough to invest further money our hours of my life that I will never get back.Get more detail about Without Mercy.
